The disadvantage is that if someone is looking to hire someone with 8-10 years experience, I don't have that on paper. But, if you're looking for a well-rounded individual who can do anything and will try anything - I'm the one!

But what's a women with all of these experiences to do? The challenge is to earn a living wage while using all or some of these experiences to create a personalized career path that satisfies my varied interests. So as I embark on this daily challenge, I'm excited to add each new adventure not only to my resume, but to my internal compendium of fulfilling life experiences.

i have a google alert set for Chicago Teaching Fellows and your blog entry came up. I just got accepted for the fellows to teach Special Ed this year. Congrats and see you in June!
